We currently ship to locations within India. International shipping may be available for specific products upon request. Please contact our customer service team for more information on international shipping options and rates.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delays: In cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. We will notify you via email or phone in case of any significant delays.
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout:

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight or dimensions of the product(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item (see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal of the package, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
In the case of a lost shipment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work towards resolving the issue in a timely manner.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
